LUNCH EXPRESS- Every Wednesday from 12:00-12:30 pm. Move beyond basic crunches. A focused abdominal and back workout designed to improve stability and promote good posture at the body’s core, along with some Total Body Exercises! This is the perfect 30 minute class to squeeze in during your Lunch Break!
BOOTCAMP- A sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy total body class offers a combination of athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises with the use of BOSU and stability balls. Sweat and burn to discover the athlete within.
YOGA- This class helps members to explore and refine a variety of yoga asanas, or poses on an in-depth level. Conducted in a non-heated room, this class is geared towards those students who are new to yoga, and also towards those who wish to deepen their practice by learning the intricacies of the postures and breath work.
CORE- This 30 minute class is entirely focused on your Core. Incorporating the key movements that will be sure to strengthen and tone your mid section. Paired with music that will keep you going and a class setting that is encouraging. Be ready for the 30 minutes you’ve been anticipating all day!
Body Sculpt- In this low-impact class you will learn some of the basic moves and exercises to sculpt your body. This class really focuses on the core, legs, arms, and oblique’s, making it the perfect total body exercise class.
CYCLING- This cardio class is done on a stationary bike set to high energy music that will motivate. Some love it, some hate it, in the end you’ll feel the results.
